Rules
Arrive at Blue River Spa at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment(s). Come relax in the saunas and utilize the gym. Upon check-in at Blue River Spa each guest is provided with their own locker, robe, bath towels & shower supplies. Blue River Spa has many amenities to enhance your spa experience and not to take full advantage means you’ll miss out.
Gratuities
Leaving spa gratuities as the result of an exceptional experience will be accepted with appreciation. Gratuities are left up to the discretion of the guest and are not included in our prices, but often range from 10% to 20%.
Cancel or Reschedule
All appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. There will be no refunds for changes or cancellations to appointments made within 24 hours will. Please note, small group bookings and spa packages are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy.
